By using the ELA Parcel Centre UMSKAL service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide parcel tracking and collection services for UMSKAL students and staff. Services include:

• Online parcel status tracking
• Notifications when parcels are ready for collection
• Management of storage fee payments

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account confidential
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• Only one account per user is allowed

4. Storage Fees

Parcels not collected within the specified period will be charged a storage fee according to rates set by management.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of parcels caused by the courier party or events beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
